These conditions apply to the use of the Copernica test account. The user of the Copernica test account explains that these terms has been provided to him/her and agrees with these terms.
- 1. Test account
- Copernica is a web application developed by Copernica that allows a user to create campaigns with email, web pages and mobile. With a test account a user has limited access to Copernica.
- 2. Duration
- The test period and this contract have a duration of 30 days. The term starts after submitting the application for the Copernica test account.
- 3. Costs
- Access to the Copernica test account is free of charge.
- 4. Intellectual property
- The user of the test account will absolutely not undertake any attempts in any way to multiply, make public or (re-)produce parts of the Application or the entire Application in the most wide sense of the word.
- 5. No spam
- The user will not use Copernica test account to send spam, perform unlawful acts or acts contrary to the current Internet netiquette.
- 6. license upgrade
- In the test account the user can make limited use of Copernica Marketing Software. The user is able to upgrade to a Copernica license. A Copernica license allows the user to make full use of Copernica Marketing Software.
