Purchase your SOAP API calls per cluster

By request of our clients, we have made it possible for you to purchase SOAP API connections at Copernica per cluster. When starting a regular Copernica license, you receive the first 5.000 SOAP API connections free of charge. After that, you are charged an extra amount for the following 5.000, 10.000 and more than 10.000 connections. When it concerns more than 10.000 connections, the cost is € 0,0001,- per connection.

Webstats and bug fixes in Copernica 2.9

On sunday February 27 all user accounts of Copernica marketing software will be switched to version 2.9 of the application. It's a small release aimed at bug fixes, but also introducing the new functionality 'webstats'.

Copernica Germany is now an official member of the DDV (Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband e.V.). The DDV is the communication interface between German government, academia, business and consumers.

List-unsubscribe: a reputation improving e-mail header

A number of larger e-mail clients such as Gmail and Hotmail offer an unsubscribe function to their users for commercial e-mailings. This function adds an extra button to the interface of the e-mail program (see image). To activate this function as a sender of commercial e-mail, you need to add a special e-mail header to your mailings. This is called  the list-unsubscribe header. The advantage for the sender is that you'll receive less spam complaints and it will improve the deliverability of your e-mails.
