A Sender ID control checks the sending address, just like the SPF authentication. Sender ID uses DNS to verify whether the sender is authorized to send emailings on behalf of that domain.
What is Sender Policy Framework (SPF)? An SPF record is a record in the DNS data of a domain. SPF aims to help reduce spam messages.
