Would you like to add your own style or design when creating templates for emailings or websites? This style can be added by using an XSLT file or CSS stylesheet. Copernica Marketing Software is an ideal solution for adding style but also for other features such as content and user management.
Adding style with an XSLT-document
An XSLT-document is a file that transforms an XML-document to another format such as (X)HTML. For example to transform an RSS or Atom feed so it can be included in your emailings. Copernica applies this transformation by default when you are using feeds, web surveys or web forms.
Would you like to create your own XSLT-document? This can be done with the help of our marketing software. Existing XSLT-documents can be imported in Copernica. XSLT-documents which have been created with our marketing software can be exported for future use.
Would you rather use CSS stylesheets?
By using a CSS stylesheet you are able to determine the style of an entire HTML-document. When publishing the HTML-document, the style will be added by linking the CSS stylesheet to the document. Copernica offers the possibility to create your very own stylesheets within the menu ‘Style’ of our marketing software. If needed, external stylesheets can be imported for further use.
By default, email clients do not cope well with CSS stylesheets. Copernica offers an ideal solution by transforming CSS stylesheets to inline CSS-attributes. As a result, your emails will be displayed correctly within different email clients.
