Send PDF documents
Created and personalized PDF documents can be sent in different ways. Send the selected document by fax, email or direct mail to your target group with Copernica. The results of your document can be retrieved from the PDF statistics when you have sent the document by fax.
Send a test document as a final check
Check your PDF documents for possible errors by sending a test version of the document. This is a quick way to find out whether the personalization or layout contains errors that need to be corrected. Do not forget to indicate that the sent document concerns a test. The results of this test document will not be included in your campaign results.
Send PDF documents at a predetermined moment
When you have finished designing your PDF document you can choose to send it directly. It is also possible to schedule your PDF document so it will be sent at a predetermined moment. This is possible for sending the document by fax or as an attachment by email.
Next to sending a PDF document by fax or as an attachment by email, the software also enables you to create and print personalized letters for own usage. How are your PDF documents performing?
Copernica offers you a clear overview of the performance of your documents sent by fax. The results are shown in the statistics per sent document. Any error that may occur when sending fax messages is recorded by our software. Problems or errors that may arise can be adjusted so they will not reoccur in future mailings. For example the statistics may help you send a new document to relations that had not received your emailing before.
