The online help documentation offers detailed information about each function of Copernica Marketing Software, as well as Copernica marketing terminology. The documentation can be consulted from every location within the application.

Welcome to the Help menu of Copernica Marketing Software.
Copernica Marketing Software allows you to independently manage full direct marketing campaigns from the web. You can manage contacts, compose mailings, send them and monitor results. You may add follow-ups to the response by means of mobile text messages or faxes on demand. You can publish web pages and conduct surveys. And much more!
Each chapter of this Help menu coincides with a component of the application. Each article is related to a specific function of those components. To find information about specific functions, you can either click the Help button from within the dialogue window (pop-up) in question, or use the Search function on the second tab of the Help menu. Of course, you may also browse the articles.
