The Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration provides you with a seemless integration between your data stored in Microsoft Dynamics CRM2011 and your database in Copernica Marketing Software. Use the integration to create direct marketing campaigns in Copernica with all of your data stored in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. By combining Microsoft Dynamics and Copernica you can automate, personalize and optimize the contact with your customers significantly.


The integration is currently in its testfase. All users that would like to experience the power of the integration can request a beta test. If you choose to request a beta test of the integration, the first 6 months are free of charge. After these six months, a license model will be constructed together with our partner Triomis.

When requesting a beta test, we will need the following data:

• Dynamics account number (to be found in Microsoft Dynamics under CustomerSource)
• Name of your organization (to be found in Microsoft Dynamics under customization > developer resources)

After you have requested the test, a representative of our partner Triomis will contact you with further details.
