System announcement: Add new IP ranges to your firewall or application
IPv4 addresses are scarce on a global level. Copernica BV has recently acquired 2.000 IP addresses. After a transition period of three months Copernica BV will have to turn in the 200 IP-addresses currently in use.
Attention: If you are using a link to Copernica (SOAP API, Periodic imports, etcetera) which is secured based on IP addresses, then add our new IP ranges to your firewall or application before December 15th. It is possible that in three months the current IP addresses will be appointed to a new owner. That is why we strongly advise you to remove the old IP ranges in three months.
What do you need to do?
Add the following IP ranges to your firewall / application:
- For IPv4: 145.255.128.0/21: 145.255.128.0 - 145.255.135.255
- For IPv6: 2a03:e280::/32: 2a03:e280:: - 2a03:e280:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff
Do you send more than 200.000 email messages with Copernica on a monthly basis? You might want to consider renting a dedicated IP address. The cost is € 10 per month. Please contact support@copernica.com if you are interested.
