Walter van der Scheer nominated for DM Talent 2010
Copernica BV is proud to announce salesmanager Walter van der Scheer is one of three finalists of the award for DM Talent 2010. This nomination is a result of numerous recommendations by fellow marketeers who would like to acknowledge Walter’s work and his contribution to the field of Direct Marketing. Besides Walter, Annemarie Joosen of the Staatsloterij and Joris Toonders of Yonego are nominated for their distinctive work.
Concerning his experience in DM and about the valuable lessons he has learned, Walter tells us the following:”There are no laws in DM, there are no target groups but there is experience and individual contact. It is essential to establish a dialogue with the customer because shouting out loud shows you are not listening. Progression can only be made by continuous testing and optimization.”
The winner will be announced after an extensive period of selection on the 7th of October during the Nationale Vakdag Dialogue and Digital Marketing in Rotterdam. DM Talent 2010 is an initiative of DeMeter, the platform for the future of DM.
