Copernica is looking for a customer success manager who is responsible for onboarding and retaining customers. We are looking for both novice and experienced colleagues who like to learn.
What does a customer success manager do at Copernica?
As a customer success manager you are responsible for the onboarding of new customers. You are the point of contact as soon as a new client is transferred to you by a business development manager. In this way you build up your own customer portfolio for which you remain responsible as an account manager. In addition, you give demos, draw up contracts, work out RFPs and write articles.
The goal is that customers can work with the software independently, or that they can do this together with a suitable partner. That is why you provide training, webinars and strategic sessions with your in-depth product knowledge to familiarize our customers with our software and take their email marketing strategy to the next level.
Good induction process
In order for you to be able to advise customers at a high level, we invest in your development. You start with a good induction process to get to know our software. After this you will work on smaller accounts. The more you develop, the more challenging the accounts you work on. Are you stuck? No worries, your experienced colleagues are ready to share their knowledge.
Finally, you have a training budget that you can use to develop yourself as a customer success manager.
Continue to develop into a specialist
As soon as you are proficient in our software, there are several opportunities to grow. Are you mainly strong commercially? In that case you get the chance to sit at the table with large companies and you inspire large crowds with presentations at well-attended trade fairs. If you are more technical, you can develop into a deliverability specialist, for example.

Who are you?
We are looking for a strategic, communicative professional who enjoys interacting with customers. Our ideal colleague:
- Has 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-oriented position;
- Has affinity with IT and marketing;
- Has a good command of the Dutch and English language;
- Is in possession of a HBO or WO diploma;
- Is available part-time of full-time;
- Has a driver's license.
Salary: €3000 - €4200
