SOAP API method Profile_updateInterests

Description

The interests can be updated by giving an indexed array to this function. This is non-intuitive method: all interests that are not supplied to this method, are reset. So if you want to only remove the interest 'X' from a profile, you need to do this: $interests = $profile->interests(); $idx = array_search($interests, 'X'); if ($idx !== false) unset($interests[$idx]); $profile->updateInterests($interests); To add an interest to a profile, do this: $interests = $profile->interests(); $interests[] = 'X'; $profile->updateInterests($interests);

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
id *	int	Unique identifier (id) of the object Profile. The method only applies to the profile with this id.
timestamp	string	The timestamp for the historic profile
interests *	Collection of type 'interests'
caller	Structure of type 'caller'	The caller object (or null if called by old code)
login	Structure of type 'login'	Optional login data (soon deprecated)
access_token	string	Optional api access token
