About the role
As an Office Manager you are the shining center of our office. You have the responsibility to provide a warm welcome to both our employees and external contacts, and to maintain a pleasant working atmosphere. You make contact easily, have a vibrant energy and are not shy. Our people and relations like to come to our office because of the pleasant atmosphere that you help create. You will, among other things, have space to organize social events inside and outside the office.
Your duties include:
Welcoming and receiving external contacts
Taking care of and maintaining our common areas
Preparing daily lunch in our own bar-lounge and organizing catering at special moments
Prepare and implement creative initiatives for a pleasant working atmosphere (we look forward to your fresh ideas!)
Coordination of facility tasks such as workplace optimization, shopping and inventory management
Provide support in the organization and coordination of corporate events
Handling administrative tasks

What do we expect from you?
Great level of Dutch and English, both oral and written
Availability for a full-time position on-site (40 hours)
Proactive attitude, enterprising, with a good dose of energy
Preferably a completed education in hospitality and/or work experience in the catering industry
Ability to work creatively, flexibly and independently
Salary: €2300 - €3000

Depending on the vacancy, we’ll ask you to complete an assignment and create a presentation. A skill assessment is also part of the hiring procedure.
