At Copernica we like to have fun. On the sixth floor we have a bar and canteen where we regularly organize drinks and events. We often plan team outings and company trips abroad.
The hiring process
The hiring process varies per position but usually follows the next steps. We try to keep this process as short as possible and complete everything within 3 weeks.
1. Introductory meeting
After receiving your application, we will schedule an introductory meeting. This can be done online, but also at our office.
2. Complete assignment
After the introductory meeting you make an assignment. Once we have received this, we will invite you for a final interview.
3. Final interview
We discuss the assignment and a possible employment contract and conditions.
