tritonX is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) developed from Brainport Eindhoven that allows you to collect and manage customer data. The information is available in real time for every customer contact such as data from the Point of Sale, webshop, marketing campaigns and customer service. tritonX is mainly used by retailers with both online and physical stores and who want to serve their customers omnichannel. Extensive marketing automation and functionalities for loyalty programs such as coupons and loyalty points help retailers to increase the Customer Lifetime Value.
About the integration
This integration ensures that segments and campaigns created within tritonX are automatically set up in Copernica. After the campaign has been sent, relevant data is updated in tritonX again. You will find all campaign results in a clear dashboard. This way you can see how many customers have bought an offered product (number of 'hits') and which customers have bought another product within the campaign period ('neary').
