Since 2000, Copernica has grown into one of the largest suppliers of email marketing software in the Netherlands. In addition to our marketing software Marketing Suite, we developed the email products SMTPeter (SMTP relay) and MailerQ (Mail Transfer Agent). We have also released several open-source libraries which you can find on our Github page.
We are very ambitious. Our goal is to become a global leader in email and digital messaging, with thousands of companies and millions of people using our software every day. To achieve this, we work with ambitious colleagues who like to be challenged (technically) on a daily basis.
Result-oriented and hybrid working
You will be assessed on results and decide for yourself where and when you work. This is possible remotely or at our beautiful office in Amsterdam. Copernica facilitates the equipment to build a good home office.
Open and direct communication
At Copernica there is an informal work culture. We constantly give each other honest and direct feedback to become better professionals and to maintain high quality standards.
We like to invest in the development of our colleagues. In addition to a training budget, we encourage you to learn new things constantly. Finally, you work with colleagues who have a lot of knowledge and are happy to share it.
At Copernica there is a lot of room to advance your career. Many colleagues now occupy roles and positions that are different from when they started.
Relaxing with colleagues
At Copernica we like to have fun. On the sixth floor we have a bar and canteen where we regularly organize drinks and events. We often plan team outings and company trips abroad.
