AI chatbot now available in Copernica

In the Copernica Marketing Suite, you can now make use of an AI chatbot. This chatbot has access to our documentation and can help you with all your questions about the Copernica platform. This means you no longer have to search through the documentation yourself, saving you valuable time.
To activate the chatbot, go to Beta Modules via Configuration in the Marketing Suite. On the right-hand side, you’ll find the option to enable the bot. Once you’ve done this, you can access the chat feature at the top of your profile or elsewhere in the software.
