Always stay informed about spam complaints

We have added webhooks for spam complaints. With webhooks, you receive real-time notifications of events within Copernica, such as a click or an open. In addition to existing webhooks for, among other things, opens, clicks, errors, and impressions, you can now also receive spam complaints in real time. This way, you always stay informed about which spam complaints are coming in for your mailings.
With webhooks for spam complaints, you can:
- Process spam complaints directly in your own systems.
- Respond more quickly to deliverability issues.
- Automatically block, pause, or flag profiles after a spam complaint.
All of this helps you respond faster and maintain the quality of your email sending.
