Creating selections in Marketing Suite has become easier with the help of AI. With the updated Condition based on field value, selection criteria can now be described in plain language. The AI agent automatically translates this description into the appropriate conditions, ensuring that profiles matching the specified criteria are selected.

For example, you can simply enter: "I want all men under the age of 30." The AI agent automatically converts this description into a profile expression containing the required conditions.

Profile fields, interests and score fields can all be used. The generated expression can also be edited manually or entered entirely from scratch.

AI support for virtual fields

The same AI functionality has also been added to the creation and editing of virtual fields. Here, too, you can describe in plain language what a field should do. Instead of selection criteria, the AI agent automatically generates the required Smarty expression.
