Update: Email campaigns can be resumed

The PHP security updates have been successfully deployed, resolving the previously discovered vulnerability.

Our previous recommendation to temporarily postpone bulk email campaigns no longer applies. Bulk email campaigns can now be sent and scheduled as usual.

A security vulnerability has been discovered in PHP, a programming language we use for some of our systems.

Our team is ready to deploy security patches as soon as they become available. We expect to be able to apply these updates without downtime. However, if necessary, we may decide to temporarily take certain services offline to ensure the updates are applied safely.

This could temporarily affect the availability of images in emails and the tracking of opens, clicks and other email statistics.

Our advice: For now, we recommend not scheduling any new bulk email campaigns and postponing already scheduled campaigns where possible. This helps prevent the loss of click and open tracking data if certain services become temporarily unavailable.
