More control over AI features

There are now more configuration options within your AI integration. You can choose from different models and enter your own prompts to ensure texts and translations better align with existing content and writing style.

The OpenAI integration has been expanded with two new capabilities for AI functionality within the email editor.

Choosing an OpenAI model

Within the OpenAI configuration, you can now select which OpenAI model is used for AI functionality, such as translating templates and creating or improving texts.

By default, GPT-5.4 is used, but it is possible to select a different model when this better fits the intended use case.

Setting AI translation context

In addition, the email editor now includes the AI translation context option. Via Tools → AI translation context, additional context can be provided that will be taken into account when translating templates.

This can include product names, preferred phrasing, brand guidelines, or specific writing styles. This ensures that AI translations better align with existing content and the desired tone of voice.
