New: link sessions - connect website behavior to visitors

We’ve added a new feature to the Copernica Marketing Suite. You can now link sessions. This means you can fully record website behavior by connecting visitor sessions to profiles in your database.
What’s new?
You can now link sessions from (anonymous) visitors to profiles. This allows you to record all website activity directly on the correct profile, even when someone doesn’t arrive on your site via a click from an email campaign.
What can you do with it?
Record a visitor’s browsing behavior in full from the moment you know who they are
Link sessions after actions such as filling out a form, logging in, or placing an order
Use follow-up actions and personalization much more effectively, since all data is tied to a single profile
