Translating email templates with AI is now possible

With Copernica Marketing Suite, you can now easily have your email templates translated using AI. This makes setting up multilingual email campaigns faster and more accessible, while still giving you full control over the final content.

Where previously you had to manually enter all translations in the translation form, you can now generate an automatic AI translation with a single action. The translation is immediately prepared within the existing translation framework, allowing you to review, edit, and approve it before saving.

Additional insight into links and images

In addition to text translations, the system also provides insight into all hyperlinks and image links within a template. These are clearly displayed in a separate section, so you can instantly see which external references are included.

Automatic translation or adjustment of these links is not yet handled by AI, as context-dependent interpretation remains essential in this case. You can therefore manage and adjust these links manually where needed—for example, when linking to content in another language or when using localized images.

Multilingual emails created quickly and efficiently

You can automatically translate a template with AI into your selected language. This saves time and makes it easier to quickly create multilingual emails. With this enhancement, the translation process is significantly accelerated, without losing control over content and structure. You combine the speed of AI with the reliability of the existing Copernica translation framework.
